It’s something we all want right?! Living a life fully self-expressed can come easy to some and extremely hard for most. Getting back to our child like carefree mind can be challenging especially if going back to those times cause you pain and bring back emotions that don’t exactly make you feel warm and fuzzy.
Our hearts are sensitive and whether you are conscious of it or not we all develop coping mechanisms that help us forget and bury the extreme pain and shame of emotional wounds.
These coping mechanisms may seem like glue holding us together, but in truth, they’re keeping us from discovering the creative genius aching to be heard, and seen.
Putting ourselves out there without worrying about being judged, mocked or shamed is incredibly brave. Living life fully self-expressed can often feel like an unattainable dream especially if you have no idea what your life’s purpose is.
The secret behind fully self-expressed life
What if the struggle is not about finding something, but more about letting go of the idea that you need to search for the path in the first place.
Letting go of all the things your not, and allowing yourself permission to love, honor and accept yourself in all your circumstances is how your true life path will emerge.
As I travel into this new decade this is front and center in my mind. I want nothing more than to allow my creativity to explode into a super bloom.
I know that in order to experience the creative genius inside me I want so bad, I must break away from old wounds and restraints of everything but unconditional self love.
With the release of old cycles, thought patterns and belief systems that have caused us disempowering conversations we free ourselves from shame being shame being an emotion not a truth.
What do you want to sing, dance, write or become? Take the time each day to allow this truth to emerge. Drop your defenses and confront any old shaming that steals your light. It’s finished. It’s time for you to be naked with yourself and acknowledge how gorgeous you are.
Life is urging you to become all that you want to be. What you want to create, wants to be created. The beautiful light inside you wants to shine!
It’s time to honor your creative power and infinite with! So be it!
